Bases like cauliflower rice and lemon-garlic kale, plus roasted veggies, fill out the line.

Gluten-free is the default here, not the exception. Of 137 catering items, 126 are tagged gluten-free and 61 are vegan, with 19 more vegetarian. That's rare enough that it changes who you can order for — a celiac, a vegan and a keto eater can all be handled in the same order.
