The menu is cutup rolls and handrolls, done a lot of ways. The Crowd Favorite Bento pairs a salmon avocado roll with a spicy tuna roll made with yellowfin, mayo and chili oil. The California Love Bento goes spicy crab (blue crab, kanikama, masago) plus a classic California roll, and the Samurai Bento sticks to yellowtail scallion and yellowfin tuna with cucumber. On the handroll side, The Japanese Handroll Box brings yellowtail with hamachi and scallions, salmon avocado and tuna, while the Salmon Lovers Handroll Box leads with a grilled salmon toro handroll — belly strip, sea salt, lettuce and mayo. Every box comes with edamame. For a shared spread, the Sushi Platter Buffet lets you pick 4 cutup rolls or 5 handrolls per platter, plus a shared appetizer and soup tray.
